Pando offers UPS Ground shipping on all orders and ships to the contiguous United States ONLY.
We DO NOT ship to U.S. Territories outside of the contiguous United States.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O addresses.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped as fast as possible. Express orders should be placed by 12:00 PM CT for the quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
The following shipping options are available to you but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.

Pando and UPS will NOT be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2023-2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Pando is NOT offering international shipping at this time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to make sure that you are happy with your Pando products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been altered in any way, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies-please contact them directly for more information.
DETAILS OF THE PANDO RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

All returns must be related to a pandobags.com order. Pando does NOT offer returns on items purchased outside of pandobags.com

All returns must be processed through our Return’s Portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Shipping return costs will be deducted from your purchase refund.

Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Pando does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.
Pando does NOT price match with dealers or competitors.
Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label for the return of your eligible Pando product.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines for shipping your return:

Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

You may use the original product packaging or our own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

Insert any related paperwork inside our box. This can include your RMA# or original order number.

Securely attach your return label to the package.

Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.
If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA# inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
